Description

We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to help create a professional, welcoming and well-organised office environment. This role will support colleagues, clients and visitors while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Manchester office.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position that combines workplace operations, meeting room support and customer service, helping to deliver an excellent experience for everyone who uses the office.

  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities activities.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and support client and internal events.
  • Provide hospitality and first-line AV support.
  • Monitor office standards and help resolve workplace issues.
  • Support reception, print and post services when required.
  • Assist with health, safety, security and sustainability initiatives.
The Candidate

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and service-focused, with a positive approach and a commitment to delivering a high-quality workplace experience.

  • Experience in workplace, facilities, hospitality or office support.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with others.
