YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the implementation and enhancement of project management methodologies and tools to support HR transformation programs Support the coordination of cross-functional project activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource collaboration Help facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and transparency throughout different project phases Track project actions, risks, and mitigation measures, helping to identify and cross-check potential issues Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for senior leadership and project steering committees
