The successful Foreman will play a key role on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to exceptional standards.

The Role
  • Assist in managing all on-site fit out activities to meet project timelines
  • Work hands on with site teams delivering high quality finishes
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
  • Oversee installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery
The Person
  • 5+ years' experience as a Working Foreman
  • Background in fit out and/or joinery essential
  • Proven experience delivering fast paced, high quality projects
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication ability
  • Full, clean driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland
