Working Capital Leader - Transform Cash Flow & WIP

HCR is appointing a Working Capital Manager to lead performance across debt, WIP, and disbursements within its Cheltenham-based Credit Control Team. You will shape the capital strategy, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive technology-enabled improvements across the matter lifecycle.

You will transform credit controls, implement workflows, and develop reporting that strengthens cash flow and client relationships, reporting to the Head of Finance.
