Our Team
The People Services department is a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier HR support and solutions. We ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle while prioritizing service quality and compliance. We closely collaborate with teams across People & Culture, Legal, Digital Services, CoEs, Payroll, and other support functions to drive a seamless employee experience.
Within the Budapest Hub, People Services covers the following areas at a European or global scale:
People Lifecycle Management
Knowledge Base & Employee Query Handling
External Workforce Management
Global Learning Services
Quality, Performance, Employee Master Data & Reporting
Mobility Services
In this hybrid role, reporting to the People Services Manager for France, you will support both employee lifecycle processes and reporting tasks. You'll act as a primary contact for HR operations, supporting processes such as onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and HRIS updates while also contributing to HR reporting, data accuracy, and process optimization. You will have the opportunity to drive change, recommend improvements, and support a future-ready HR service model.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESOperations & Lifecycle Management
Coordinate and manage employee lifecycle activities in Workday and other systems (hiring, onboarding, job changes, offboarding, etc.)
Ensure timely creation and processing of contracts and other employment documentation
Maintain accurate employee records across all relevant HR systems
Provide frontline support for employee queries via ServiceNow and direct communication (phone, email)
Administer data changes and ensure lifecycle activities are performed in compliance with GDPR and local labor laws
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver a seamless HR experience
Participate in onboarding and training of new joiners in the team
Reporting & Data Management
Responsible for generating and managing HR reports in the local payroll system (SAP SARIF), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Contribute to data quality by maintaining and reviewing employee master data
Support the preparation and delivery of regular HR reports and dashboards
Assist in performance tracking, process metrics, and service level monitoring
Identify opportunities for improving data handling and reporting efficiency
Continuous Improvement
Proactively suggest improvements to eliminate redundant or manual processes
Support and promote digital tools and self-service usage across the organization
Participate in local/global projects focused on process transformation and digitalization
Contribute to knowledge base updates and ensure knowledge is effectively shared across teams
Support efforts to reduce query volumes by enhancing Level 0 (self-service) and improving resolution at Level 1
Functional
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (preferred)
Knowledge of data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
Technical
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level is essential)
Experience in SAP
Experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, ServiceNow (advantageous)
Comfortable with data reporting and handling large sets of information
Interpersonal
Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar roles
Fluency in French and English (min. B2-C1) is essential; additional European languages are a plus
