Workday Integration Specialist

*Workday Integration Specialist - 6 months+ - Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite, Barcelona)*

On behalf of one of our international client partners, RED is currently seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to support a long-term project engagement. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and project scope.

Start date: ASAP/July

Duration: 6 months+

Location: Barcelona (hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)

Language: English

Key skills and experience required:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday integration development, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services
• Deep understanding of Workday data models, security architecture, and business process framework
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and secure file transfer protocols
• Solid grasp of system integration best practices and established integration patterns

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs
• Collaborate with SAP Center of Excellence on integration strategy (S/4HANA, BTP, SuccessFactors, Concur)
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to decisions on scalability, integration, and security
• Ensure all integration activities adhere to enterprise standards and data compliance requirements
