Workday HCM Functional Lead Delivery & Advisory

Capgemini is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to join its growing Workday Practice in the UK, driving end-to-end HCM implementations across client engagements. You will lead functional design, workshops, and configuration, collaborating with client stakeholders, data teams and delivery leaders to translate business needs into Workday solutions.

You will shape solutions, mentor teams, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to the practice growth while upholding Capgemini's inclusive
