AI Consultant to join a global end user to support their Workday implementation across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrating AI to optimise workflows and enhance user experience through the Workday system
  • Supporting AI-ready data migration in Workday by preparing, validating, and optimising datasets.
  • Identifying and implementing AI solutions to optimise workflows across cross-functional teams, enhance Workday efficiency, and continuously improve models based on stakeholder feedback.

Key Criteria

  • Skilled in AI/ML tools, Python, R, data visualisation, cloud platforms, and Workday configuration.
  • Building AI solutions (eg, NLP, predictive models) with focus on ethics and data governance.
  • Strong grasp of HCM and the strategic impact of AI on performance and employee experience.

Open to candidates global who can support EU timezones.
