Workday Functional Consultant - HCM & Absence/Time Tracking (Manager Grade)

We are working with one of our key consultancy clients in their search for a Workday Functional Consultant on a contract basis. This is a Manager grade position, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a leading global organisation.

Role Overview:

Deliver Workday solutions across HCM and Absence/Time Tracking modules

Work closely with clients to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs

Support project delivery through the full lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance with best practice

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant

Strong expertise in HCM and Absence/Time Tracking modules

Ability to operate at Manager grade, liaising with senior stakeholders

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Location: Mostly remote with occasional London on-site work (client dependent)
