Our international IT Consulting client is looking for Workday T&A Configurator Consultant as below.

• Job Title: Workday T&A Configurator Consultant
• Engagement: Full time
• Location: 100% Remote in Poland
• Languages: Fluent in English
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract: 12 months + extension

Skills required:

• Hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking or Workday Absence Management
• Understanding of work items corresponding to Time and absence in Workday
• Estimate the work and ensure appropriate explanation for hours estimated
• Configure & test T&A items as part of work allotted
• Peer review other team members' deliverables
• Ensure dependencies, blockers are understood and explained to T&A lead
• Help with migration of configuration to various tenants and do sanity checks
• Work with other tracks like integration/data conversion to explain functional setup to help with development effort
• Agile methodology
