Workday Analyst - EIBs, HCM, Functional, Reporting

Up to £250 per day (Inside IR35)

Hybrid (London/Manchester - Primarily Remote) - Must be UK based

My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Workday Analyst with Functional experience and working knowledge of Workday HCM, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) in Workday and Reporting skills to join a programme to work very closely with the Workday Product Owner, supporting the ongoing evolution of the platform.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday Analyst
• Working knowledge of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) in Workday
• Good understanding of Workday Core HCM
• Experience as a Functional Consultant/Analyst
• Demonstrable Reporting skills
• Proactive and positive approach to work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Flexible approach to hybrid working if/when required

Nice to have:

• Performance/advanced comp experience
• Immediate availability
