Work Placement Officer - Health and Applied Science

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
  • 13.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £26,703- £29,058 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking a positive and proactive individual to support our team in resourcing high-quality and relevant industry opportunities for students. This is a rewarding position, best suited to those with strong stakeholder engagement skills who enjoy developing business relationships and providing exceptional customer service to support business needs.

This student-facing roleis responsible forengaging with and supporting students, assessing them on placements, andestablishingexcellent working relationships with students regardless of age, ability, or support needs. Experience or an understanding of the health sector is desirable but not essential.
