Work Placement & Employer Engagement Coordinator

East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Croydon) are hiring a Work Placement and Employer Engagement Officer to source work experience placements and manage employer relationships. The role supports 16-18 learners, coordinates with curriculum teams, and monitors learner progress across campuses.

The position requires Maths & English GCSEs, strong administration and communication skills, and a valid driving licence for travel between campuses.
