Wood-Fired Pizza Chef & Kitchen Ops Lead Flexible Hours

Harrods Knightsbridge is recruiting a Pizza Chef to join our pizzeria kitchen team. You will prepare pizzas from scratch, using doughs and a traditional wood-fired oven, while overseeing daily production and stock management.

You'll forecast stock, ensure food safety and hygiene, and maintain accurate paperwork. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality experience in high-end Italian or pizzeria settings and excels in time management and teamwork.
