Women's Rugby Growth & Development Officer

Leinster Rugby is seeking a proactive Development Officer to promote the female game across clubs and schools in Leinster. You will work with the Lead WDO and Community Rugby Manager to develop participation and coach development initiatives regionally.

You will deliver and oversee regional player development programmes, coordinate events and coach education, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while travelling across the province. Weekend work and irregular hours are required.
