Women's Housing Support & Case Coordinator

Cardiff Council's Housing & Communities department is seeking a Specialist Women's Case Co-ordinator to provide assertive, needs-led support to women with complex housing needs, including those sleeping rough, and to manage a caseload ensuring holistic assessments and secure accommodation.

The role involves acting as an advocate at partnership meetings, working with partners to secure long-term placements, and supporting the wider service area in a fast-paced environment.
