Job Description

What you will do
  • Deliver Individual & Group Therapy - Provide tailored CBT, mindfulness, or supportive counseling for women across the lifespan (e.g., perinatal, menopausal, chronic-illness).
  • Conduct Assessments & Diagnostics - Use validated tools to evaluate mental health status and formulate treatment plans.
  • Collaborate in Integrated Care - Work alongside OB/GYNs, midwives, and other specialists to embed mental-health interventions in holistic care pathways.
  • Develop Psycho education Resources - Create workshops and materials on stress management, postpartum adjustment, and self-care strategies.
  • Monitor Outcomes & Adjust Plans - Track progress via standardized measures; refine therapy approaches based on data and patient feedback.
  • Promote Mental-Health Awareness - Lead department huddles and community outreach to destigmatize psychological support and encourage early engagement.
How success is measured
  • Client completion and engagement rates in therapy programs
  • Average change in validated mental-health scores (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7)
  • Referral-to-first-session turnaround time ( 7 days)
  • Attendance and feedback from psychoeducation sessions
You will thrive here if you have
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (license or eligibility required)
  • 3+ years' experience in women's health, perinatal, or integrated-care settings
  • Proficiency with psychological assessment tools and EMR documentation
