Rosa's Thai Café in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident, hands-on Sous-Chef to help the Head Chef run the kitchen. You'll take ownership of the food, team and standards-every dish, every service, every detail.

You'll lead in the Head Chef's absence, run service with pace, train junior chefs and keep high standards across prep, service and cleanliness. Strong experience in Asian cuisine and wok mastery is essential.
