As we continue to grow across the UK, we're looking for passionate Wok Chefs to join our teams in Covent Garden, Centre Point, Selfridges, and Canary Wharf.

As a Wok Chef, you'll prepare and cook high-quality wok dishes while maintaining the exceptional standards Din Tai Fung is known for. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared with precision, consistency, and care.
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for enthusiastic, reliable chefs who thrive in a busy kitchen and take pride in producing high-quality food.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a Wok Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or in a similar kitchen role.
- Have strong knife skills and excellent food preparation techniques.
- Have experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine or an understanding of traditional Chinese cooking techniques such as wok hei (desirable, but not essential).
- Are eager to learn and develop your culinary skills.
- Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with some shifts finishing at 10:30 PM.
