We are looking for someone to as a Witness Care Officer in our Witness Care Team . Could you be who we are looking for?

About the team/Department you will be joining:

We are a unique team supporting victims and witnesses through the court process

The team is based at Talbot Green Police Station

About the role and your key responsibilities:

To provide a single point of contact for victims and witnesses and undertake a needs assessment approach to victim and witness care

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
  • To undertake general administrative duties
  • Receive, respond and investigate enquiries from customers, including complex queries related to area of work
  • Provide relevant information, on the phone, face-to-face and/or electronic based

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Vetting.
