Job Description
Position: Wiring Technician

Location: Bishops Stortford

Salary: £29,500 - £31,000 - Depending on experience

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - 08:00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday

Proactive is currently in search of an experienced Wiring Technician to start work immediately for a client in Bishops Stortford. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team within the production area, and should have previous wiring experience working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Manufacture of complete wiring looms
  2. Small wiring cable forms
  3. Population and wiring of Electrical and Control cabinets
  4. Circuit wiring for tank transducers
  5. Previous experience with Wiring installations
  6. Working to technical drawings and wiring schematics
  7. Electrical cabinet and wiring loom experience
  8. Good knowledge of circuitry principals
  9. Excellent wiring experience - crimping, soldering, re wiring.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and to timescales
