Wine Shop Store Manager - Lead & Grow Sales

in Carrickfergus is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, manage staff, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and oversee Sales Advisors and Senior Sales Advisors.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer-focused environment, strong communication and leadership, a neat appearance, and a valid driving license. WSET qualifications are encouraged. Flexible shifts include Friday and Saturday responsibilities.
