Wine Retail Trainee Manager: Fast-Track to Store Leadership

Majestic Wine in North London is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and driven Trainee Manager to embark on a 12-month development programme that covers operational, service and leadership standards to prepare you for a future Store Manager role.

You will work through the career pathway training with support from your Store Manager, gaining hands-on experience in store operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and building product knowledge.
