Wine Retail Supervisor: Drive Sales & VIP Service

Majestic Wine is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for a busy West Sussex store. You'll support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a small team and ensure superb customer experiences.

You'll maximise KPI performance, manage tasting counter and wine knowledge, and develop colleagues towards WSET qualifications. A full UK manual driving licence and 44-hour week are required, with evenings and weekends.
