Wine Programme Leader - Sommelier

Rockliffe Hall is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead the wine programme across three venues and work with a dedicated wine team. You will pair wine with exceptional cuisine, mentor front-of-house staff and maintain a premium service standard.

The role focuses on developing the wine list, training staff, and delivering outstanding guest experiences with passion for hospitality and wine culture.
