Wine Experience Lead Sommelier

Rosewood London is seeking a Sommelier to join the Holborn Dining Room team. You will work closely with the Head Sommelier to elevate our wine offering and ensure a warm, genuine service on the brasserie floor.

The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding guest experience, with strong wine knowledge and awareness of London's restaurant scene. You will assist with wine lists, pairings and guest queries to enhance the guest journey.
