Job Description
Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to support a Windows 11 rollout project in the Norwich office. This is a hands-on technical role focused on ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11 across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the deployment and configuration of Windows 11 across user devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the upgrade process.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to end users during migration.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain deployment schedules and documentation.
  • Provide on-site support and guidance to users post-deployment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Windows OS deployment, ideally Windows 11.
  • Strong understanding of desktop hardware, software, and networking.
  • Experience with imaging tools and deployment automation (e.g., SCCM, MDT).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
  • New starters must bring photo ID on their first day.
  • This role requires on-site presence at the Norwich office.
