Window Cleaning Team Leader - Lead Crew, Route & Vehicle

ClearView Bristol is seeking a team leader to manage a crew of 3 window cleaners covering Bristol and Bath. The role demands at least 5 years of window cleaning experience and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for route planning, quality control, customer relations, and hands-on cleaning.

Salary £32,000/year with a performance bonus; a company van is provided. This is a step-up role for moving into management.
