WIMS Compliance & Training Coordinator

Bilfinger UK Limited is seeking a proactive HR/Training administrator to support the WIMS/AIS onboarding and training processes for NNB projects. You will manage resource records, coordinate inductions, and ensure compliance with site training requirements and audit needs.

Working with HR and Project Managers, you will book training, maintain records in Bilfinger databases, and support line management with guidance on WIMS and onboarding procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
