We are looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Romsey Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in an established and rapidly expanding team.

The candidate

• Experience in handling a variety of Wills and Probate matters; we are flexible on the level of experience due to our established team.
• Knowledge of the Romsey market, along with networking and business development skills, will be advantageous.
• Must be a team player enthusiastic about working with our Romsey team to enhance our client services.
• STEP Qualification or a commitment to obtain it is desirable.

The role

• Work as part of the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team, which includes 3 partners and 7 fee-earners across the firm.
• Manage your caseload primarily involving Wills and Probate matters, with opportunities to gain exposure to Trusts, Court of Protection, and Estate Planning, with supervision as needed.
• Work independently with support from an established team.
• Contribute to developing the firm's profile and uphold Parker Bullen's values.
