Wildlife Reserve Steward & Volunteer Lead

The RSPB Cornwall Reserves seeks an Assistant Warden to support the day-to-day management of Hayle Estuary and Marazion Marsh. Based from the Cornwall Reserves office in Penzance, you'll coordinate habitat work and help maintain site infrastructure with a team of volunteers.

You'll lead and recruit volunteer teams, ensure risk controls and health and safety procedures are followed, and travel between sites as required. Weekend/evening work and occasional overnight stays may be needed.
