Dries Van Noten is a well-known brand in the fashion industry. Dries established in 1986 his own label and opened his first boutique in the Belgian fashion capital, Antwerp. In 1993 he brought his women's collection to the Paris runways for the first time. Today, he has own stores in Antwerp, Paris, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu, in addition to more than 500 multi-brand partners.Van Noten's vision, skill and devotion to the artistry of his designs elevates his work to transcend trends and time, mastering beauty, craft and function. In June 2018, Puig entered the capital structure of Dries Van Noten as majority owner. And in 2022, the fragrance and makeup collections were launched.

Mission

In this role, you will play a temporary but vital role in supporting the seamless operation of the JOOR platform during the upcoming market season. Based in Antwerp, you will assist in setting up and maintaining data workflows, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of seasonal launches. Your precision and organizational skills will help facilitate a streamlined and efficient market process.

Your Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and upload seasonal product and data on JOOR in collaboration with the Production and Development teams.
• Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure all product images are accurately uploaded and aligned with the collection.
• Monitor and troubleshoot order flows between JOOR and the ERP system to ensure seamless processing during the market period.
• Support the team with maintaining data accuracy and resolving any platform-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align workflows and support the successful execution of seasonal launches.
• Ensure product and style data is consistently updated between the ERP and JOOR platforms to maintain real-time accuracy, aligning with the collection plan before, during, and after the market period.

Profile

• Previous experience with JOOR or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Hands-on, collaborative attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.
