Wholesale Customer Development Manager

Creating the WOW in Wholesale

We are looking to recruit a Customer Development Manager, whowill be key in maintaining profitable relationships with our corecustomers in a growth Wholesale channel.

You'll be a highly experienced, energetic and creative AccountManager, looking for autonomy, responsibility and the ability toshape our growing business. In return we will provide significantsupport and training to set you up for success

You will be adept at delivering growth and development within agroup of accounts. You will be the direct liaison with wholesalecustomers, sales support and dispatch teams as well as marketingand NPD departments.

As a retail expert, you will develop strategic account plans tomaximise sales, improve the way in which the business services thewholesale accounts, whilst proactively seeking new salesopportunities throughout the UK

You will be responsible for maximising the profitable growth ofone of our most dynamic and exciting channels, leading thedevelopment of strategic annual business plans.

With an eye for detail, you will have awareness of our customerinspired journey, with key insights into the best practices withinour space.

Thinking outside the box, you will help create bespoke POS andadvertising content, with our Creative Studio and Marketing Team,utilising our unique story and values.

As an effective influencer, you will have the confidence tomanage multiple stakeholder relationships, working collaborativelytowards differentiating Neal's Yard Remedies exciting offeringfrom its competitors.

What you'll have:

• Demonstrable experience in driving profitable growth withinthe UK wholesale/retail market.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Experience in analysing performance data and weekly financial reporting
• Highly commercial and financially astute
• Excellent communication, skills are essential
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
