We are currently seeking a Wholesale & Marketing Finance Business Partner to join our Global FP&A team. This role involves supporting senior stakeholders in creating and managing business plans and budgets across Wholesale and Marketing departments, forecasting future needs through long-term planning, and making informed decisions to enhance company performance. Responsibilities include conducting month-end reviews, providing insightful commentary and analysis for the management accounts pack, and building strong relationships across the company to influence and drive decision-making for improved profitability.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our financial success, with the opportunity to significantly impact our growth and profitability.

You'll be:

  1. Business Partnering: Developing relationships with senior managers, acting as a trusted advisor with financial insights and strategic advice.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Owning the P&L budgeting and forecasting, managing the process, coordinating with teams, and developing forecasting models, including scenario planning.
  3. Channel and Departmental P&L Reviews: Preparing monthly P&L reports, analyzing variances, and providing insights for cost optimization.
  4. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Supporting departments with ad hoc analysis, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  5. Other Areas: Assisting with audits, participating in projects, and improving financial processes and systems.

You'll have:

  • The ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate financial information effectively.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI is preferred.
