West/Midlands Home Care Manager - Lead Quality & Team

Care Connect Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of homecare services across the West/Midlands region. You will combine operational leadership with clinical oversight to ensure patient-centred care and high-quality outcomes.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and Clinical Director, managing care planning, client relationships, staff supervision, rostering, and QA visits.
