West Midlands Residential Commercial Manager

Cognisant, working with a well-established housebuilder in the West Midlands, is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive the commercial performance across live and upcoming residential schemes.

You'll report to the Commercial Director, collaborate with Construction, Technical and Finance, and own budgets, CVRs, cost-to-complete, procurement, risk, margin, reporting and forecasts, while supporting the QS team.
