West Africa Regional Growth Manager, Oil & Gas

Claxton Engineering Services is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth in a defined territory, with primary focus on West Africa as part of the Europe & Africa team. Based at our Aberdeen or Great Yarmouth facility, you will manage key accounts and pursue new opportunities.

You will build long-term client relationships, hit sales targets, and coordinate with commercial teams to convert opportunities into revenue while forecasting activity and maintaining CRM data.
