Welsh-Speaking School Kitchen Supervisor & Menu Planner

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Cook to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities in school kitchens within Bridgend. You will plan menus, control portions, and supervise staff to ensure a high quality service for pupils and staff.

Essential to have an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate; NVQ 2 or equivalent desirable. Welsh language ability is a requirement, with DBS checks as part of safeguarding. Hours are 9.00am-2.00pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only.
