Welsh-Speaking Day Services Operations Manager (Temp)

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking an Assistant Day Services Manager (Temporary) to oversee the operational management of Learning Disability and Integrated Dementia Services across multiple sites in Bridgend.

You will support the Day Services Manager, develop person-centred services, lead team leaders, manage recruitment and resources, and ensure compliance with the Social Services & Wellbeing Act (Wales) 2014. Welsh language ability is required.
