We are currently recruiting passionate and motivated Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant professionals to work across Cardiff and the Caerphilly area. This is a fantastic opportunity for fluent Welsh speakers who have experience working with children, whether in a school setting, childcare environment, or other youth-based roles.

As a Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in Welsh-medium primary schools across Cardiff, helping to deliver engaging lessons and provide one-to-one or small group support. Our partner schools in Cardiff and surrounding areas are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who can make a positive impact in the classroom.

We offer a wide range of placements across Cardiff and Caerphilly, including:

• Full-time roles

• Part-time opportunities

• Day-to-day supply work (ideal to fit around studies or other personal commitments)

Whether you are seeking regular work or flexible placements, working as a Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant gives you the chance to gain valuable classroom experience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)

• Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred but not essential)

• Enhanced DBS (required - we can help you apply)

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (required - we can support you with this)
