Wellness Innovation Program Lead

Haleon is seeking an Innovation Program Management Manager Wellness to lead complex, high-value program delivery across Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain and Quality. You will drive integrated master plans, governance, stage-gate processes and capability-building initiatives while coaching project managers and senior PMs.

This role partners with senior stakeholders to ensure agility, speed, and sound investment decisions, delivering tangible business value and supporting Haleon's innovation agenda.
