Victim & Survivors Service in Belfast is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Business Support Co-ordinator to help clients access VSS services and support efficient call handling, delivering a positive client experience.

Reporting to the Individual Needs Programme Officer, you will work as part of a small team, applying policy and office procedures, monitoring budgets, and ensuring accurate data handling within a busy environment.
