Wellbeing Retail Supervisor - Lead & Delight Customers

NEOM Wellbeing is seeking a permanent Supervisor for the Westfield, White City Wellbeing Hub to lead a team, manage stock and store operations, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will help drive local commercial strategy and nurture the learning and development of colleagues.

As a key retail team member, you will support the Store Manager with payroll, rotas and reports, while ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and customer service across a busy, evolving environment.
