Wellbeing Manager: Resident Activities & Engagement

Raemoir Manor Care Home in Banchory, Scotland, opening Summer 2026, seeks a Wellbeing Manager to create a warm, engaging atmosphere and lead a high-quality activities programme tailored to residents, including those living with dementia.

You will plan and lead both group and one-to-one activities, working with the Home Manager to ensure consistency with individual care plans, and maintain records while continually improving the programme.
