Key Responsibilities- Empower & Inspire: Guide individuals through our Health & Wellbeing programmes, helping them overcome barriers to activity with compassion and expertise.
- Holistic Coaching: Conduct personalized inductions and 'DOSE' chemical education, ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and confident.
- Personal Training with Purpose: Deliver high-quality training sessions focused on functional longevity, mental wellbeing, and physical strength.
- Community Connection: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and social atmosphere where every member-regardless of age or ability-feels they belong.
- Safe Havens: Ensure our facilities remain a clean, safe, and pleasant sanctuary for our members to focus on their wellness.
- A People-First Mindset: Exceptional customer care skills with the ability to build rapport and listen to the unique needs of our diverse community.
- Qualified Expertise: A Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (REPs/CIMSPA) and a Current First Aid Qualification.
- Experience: A background in gym or community leisure settings with a proven ability to adapt coaching styles for everyone from 'Legends' to newcomers.
- Organisational Heart: Diligence in maintaining client records and a 'Health & Safety first' approach to ensure a worry-free environment for all.
