Wellbeing & Fitness Center Lead

YMCA St Paul's Group is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Manager to oversee the gym and wellbeing services at YMCA Surbiton, ensuring safe, welcoming and financially sustainable operations. You will focus on customer care, programming, safety and delivering high-quality services to members and the local community.

You will lead the team of Wellness Advisors and Trainers, drive memberships, onboarding and retention, while managing rotas, training and performance.
