Wellbeing & Family Support Advisor - Community Program

PACT is recruiting an experienced Personal Wellbeing Advisor to support people with convictions in Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Halifax and Bradford. You will deliver one-to-one support, build trust and run workshops to strengthen family relationships and personal wellbeing.

The role involves working with partner agencies, meeting targets, and promoting practical and emotional support. A thorough induction, training opportunities and a supportive team are provided.
