Wellbeing & Engagement Lead

The Ministry of Justice in Nottingham is seeking a Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator to lead the establishment's Staff Wellbeing Plan, delivering preventative and responsive wellbeing interventions.

They will coordinate peer support programmes, ensure governance of wellbeing activity, collect data and report against national frameworks while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
