Wellbeing Activities Coordinator - Care Home

A reputable care provider in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an Activities Co-Ordinator to enhance the wellbeing of residents in their care home. The successful candidate will develop engaging activities tailored to individual preferences and needs, working closely with both the care team and residents. A relevant qualification and experience with older adults, particularly those with dementia, are desirable.
