Welfare-to-Work Progression Coach Flexible Hours

Reed in Partnership in the North East of England is seeking an experienced Progression Coach. The role is office-based with travel across County Durham and Tees Valley, and we are building a talent pipeline to respond quickly to upcoming contracts.

You will support participants through diagnosis, coaching and training, arranging work experience, and wraparound services to help move them into sustainable employment. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.
